For hosts
- How do I start an invitation?
- Two ways. Open the copilot and describe the party in a sentence — it drafts the template, palette, and copy, then you edit. Or open the library, pick a design, and rewrite the words.
- Do my guests need an account?
- No. Guests tap the link in their invitation and RSVP with one tap. No download, no sign-in, no app store. The only account on Vityy is the host’s.
- What channels can I send through?
- Email today, with SMS coming soon. Every invitation is also a shareable link, so you can drop it into a group chat, Instagram DM, or wherever you already talk to the guests.
- How do reminders work?
- By default Vityy sends one soft reminder a few days before the event to guests who haven’t replied. You can disable them per-event from the editor. We never remind anyone who unsubscribed.
- Can I edit the invitation after I’ve sent it?
- Yes. Edits land instantly on the public page everyone sees. We only send email once per guest per day, so sending again after a copy fix is safe.
- Do I pay per invitation?
- No “stamps.” The free tier covers 50 guests per event. Plus ($7.99/mo or $62/yr) removes the cap and the small “Made with Vityy” footer. If you’d rather pay once for a single event, $12 unlocks everything for that one event only. See pricing.
- What happens to the data after the event?
- Stays yours. The photo album, thank-yous, and guest list sit in your dashboard for as long as you want them. Delete the event and everything is removed within 30 days.
For guests
- I got an invitation — do I need to install anything?
- No. Open the link from your email. It renders as a real invitation page. Reply from there.
- I can’t find my reply link.
- Search your inbox for “Vityy” or the event name, and check promotions / updates tabs. The original email is the fastest path. Otherwise, ask your host — they can resend instantly.
- How do I unsubscribe?
- Every email has a one-click unsubscribe link at the bottom. Using it removes you from every future email for that event — we honor it on every channel.
